The siblings and Nork founders Ann-Katrin and Johann Dallmeyer wanted to tell the story of the popular "Franzbrötchen" from Hamburg. 

The Franzbrötchen is a delicious coffee pastry. 

The Franzi Franzbrötchen liqueur is a cream liqueur, which was refined with cinnamon and caramelized sugar, as well as butter and vanilla flavors.
