This premium gin expression from Matsui was distilled at the fast rising Kurayoshi Distillery and created using a carefully selected range of Japanese botanicals that have imparted fruity, spicy and refreshing notes onto the spirit. 

It’s an incredibly smooth and well-balanced gin that is perfect on the rocks, with tonic water, or used in cocktails.

A total of 14 botanicals are used for this gin, including typically Japanese ones such as cherry blossoms, yuzus, sansho pepper, green tea and nashi pears.
