THE MAGICAL COLOUR-CHANGING GIN

Surprise! We created a gin that changes colour when mixed with tonic – our copper coloured gin will turn light pink. The magic is all natural and we have to thank rose hip flower pigments for that. Crafter’s Aromatic Flower Gin is a blend of 12 aromatic botanicals. Show starts with rose hip flower and meadowsweet that are characteristic to Estonian coastline. Then to crown the taste, we add crisp juniper berries and exotic yuzu. Crafter’s Aromatic Flower Gin is quite a showstopper, we call it… gintainment. And the award goes to…

MODERN ALCHEMY & SUSTAINABILITY

Our Master Distiller experimented with the curious colour change of the rose hip petals. As a result the copper coloured gin turns to pink when mixed with tonic, this colour-changing effect is all natural. On top of that Crafter’s gin production follows the extensive (re)cycle and sustainability principles of Liviko Distillery.

Crafter’s Aromatic Flower Gin is floral and rich on the palate and aromatic on the nose. Rose hip flower, meadowsweet, lavender, rose, chamomile and elderflower bouquet is responsible for the sweet and round character of the gin. Juniper berries, fennel, orange, lemon, coriander and exotic yuzu all contribute to the crisp, fresh and spicy character. And all of them combined – the winning formula No. 38. An exciting labyrinth of taste.
