Chairman's Reserve The Forgotten Casks is a high-quality premium rum from St. Lucia that impresses with its extraordinary history and unique maturation process. 

This rum was originally created in an emergency situation following a fire at the distillery in 2007, when several casks had to be matured outside of the regular storage plan. The result was so impressive that a separate bottling was created: The Forgotten Casks. 

This edition is based on a blend of carefully selected pot still and column still rums, which are matured for significantly longer than the classic version of Chairman's Reserve - usually between eight and eleven years.

Produced by Saint Lucia Distillers, this rum is an expression of the traditional Caribbean art of distillation and demonstrates the variety and depth that can be achieved through long barrel ageing. The combination of ex-bourbon barrels and tropical climate gives it a complex but accessible aroma profile.
