The distillates intended for the «Imperial Blanc Saint James» are diluted with demineralised water so that the alcohol content is only 40% vol.
This makes it suitable for mixing as well as for pure drinking.

APPEARANCE :

Clear, bright, crystalline.

NOSE :

Aromas of freshly-cut sugar cane, slightly peppery, spicy, floral, fruity notes.

PALATE :

Bold, smooth, warm attack, typical fruity aromas. Good length.
