The rum is made from freshly pressed sugar cane.
Its aroma is intensified by maturing and blending processes.
In Mauritius it is matured for 18 months in oak barrels and then bottled in France in the Cognac region.

Colour: Light amber.
Nose: Fresh, fruity, cut sugar cane, honey.
Taste: Fruity, hints of spices, sugar cane, caramel, vanilla.
Finish: Long lasting and fruity.
