The Shinobu Pure Malt Whisky is produced in Niigata.
Niigata is a large city at the mouth of the Shinano River and one of the largest port cities in Japan.
The word 'Shinobu' in Japanese means forbearance.

This whisky matures for 10 years in former sherry and Bourbon casks.
Master Distiller Mr. Usami selects the noble wines and unites them in a Japanese Mizunara cask by preserving the finish.

Filling is carried out without artificial colouring.

Colour: dark mahogany.
Nose: dominant oak, hints of vanilla, flowers, nectar.
Taste: Maltose, hints of citrus, mizunara oak, coffee beans.
Finish: Long lasting, oak, maltose.
