Kirin FUJI Single Grain Japanese Whiskey 46% Vol. 0,7l in Giftbox

The Fuji Gotemba distillery, which began production in November 1973, was founded as a joint venture between Kirin, Seagram and Chivas Brothers. While the distillery produces both malt and grain whiskey, all steps of whiskey production - from fermentation to bottling - take place on site. After Kirin took full control in 2002 following the dissolution of Seagram and renamed the distillery Kirin Distillery, they began to focus more on their connection to Mount Fuji, which led to the launch of their first single malt in 2004.

Kirin Fuji Whiskey is a high-quality grain whiskey characterized by a remarkable variety of aromas and an interesting taste development. It offers a balanced price-performance ratio and has received positive feedback from consumers looking for an affordable Japanese whiskey.

According to the guidelines set by the Japan Spirits and Liqueur Makers Association in February 2021, this whiskey meets the requirements to be considered a genuine Japanese whiskey. This means that the entire production process – from fermentation to distillation to bottling – took place in Japan.
