DESCRIPTION
The harvesting of Pellegrino Marsala is carefully done by hand and is still very traditional.
This Marsala is aged for 12 months in oak barrels and then undergoes a refined aging in the bottle for about 3 months.
Tasting notes:
Radiant amber nuances in the glass. Pleasant notes of quince and orange peel. This Marsala convinces with a unique taste and fine aromas. Long lasting in the finish.
Grape varieties: Grillo, Inzolia, Cataratto.
Drinking temperature: 12-15°C.
This Marsala is excellent with pastries. It is also very well suited as an ingredient in the kitchen.
