S.B.S stands for Single Barrel Selection.
As the name suggests, only one barrel is filled for each product in this 1423 product line.
Each barrel is selected for the respective bottling under special criteria and offered with a limited number of bottles.
The entire S.B.S range comprises only classic rums, no blends, in order to express the versatility of rums as well as their unique quality and exquisite taste.

The S.B.S El Salvador Rum is produced in a distillery in El Salvador, on the basis of molasses.
This rum matures for 12 years and is bottled with an alcohol content of 53.3% by volume; as usual with the S.B.S range, no chill filtration is used.

Nose: Spicy, notes of celery, mustard seeds.
