Single Barrel Selection Jamaica 2015 is a Jamaican rum based on molasses, distilled in 2015 in a traditional pot still. The marque of this rum is EMB with an ester content of 240-250 gr/hL AA, which is usually made as a blending rum. The rum matured in an ex-bourbon cask and was bottled at a cask strength of 65.7% vol. 

SBS Jamaica 2015 is limited to 213 bottles.

Tasting Notes

Scent : A blend of sweet and spicy aromas reminiscent of butterscotch, apple pie and Christmassy spices like cloves and cinnamon.
Palate : Full-bodied rum with sweet notes of ice cream with caramel sauce and speculoos, with a relatively short finish.
