S.B.S stands for Single Barrel Selection.
As the name suggests, in this product line of 1423 only one barrel is filled for each product.
Each barrel is selected for the respective bottling under special criteria and offered with a limited number of bottles.
The whole S.B.S series includes only classic rums, no blends, to express the versatility of rums as well as their unique quality and exquisite taste.

The S.B.S Panama Rum is produced in a distillery in Panama, based on molasses.
This rum matures for 9 years and then receives a 12-month finish in oloroso barrels, as usual with the S.B.S range no chill filtration is used.

Colour: Rich gold.
Nose: Sour wine gums, figs, cherries, hints of tobacco.
Taste: Slightly bitter, sour, toasted oak flavors, dark dried fruit.
