The 2022 release is full of heady notes of cherry frangipane. The Bolgheri Tuscan red wine casks impart robust, dark fruit flavours and an intense oak finish to Aberfeldy’s malt.

TASTING NOTES

This robust wine has intensified the honeyed richness of Aberfeldy.

With heady of notes of cherry frangipane and vanilla spice. It’s then freshened with sliced green pepper and limes, and finishes with soft oak.

The Aberfeldy 18 Years Old matures in refill oak casks and receives its finish in Tuscan ex-red wine barriques from Bolgheri.

Bolgheri wines are robust, full of dark fruit flavours (blackberry, dark cherry) with an intense oak finish.
