Tasting notes:

Light yellow to light straw yellow. Elegant and powerful bouquet, delicate almond scent, dried fruits such as figs and raisins. On the palate balanced structure with pithy acidity. The finish is delicately salty, spicy and long lasting.

Acidity: 5,5 g/l.
Closure: screw cap.
Drinking temperature: 10°C.
Storage potential: 5-7 years.

This wine is excellent with curry dishes, grilled shrimp, roast veal and hearty ragout dishes.
