Adam-Lieleg wines are positively influenced by the microclimate and mineral soil structure. The grapes are handpicked and come from Hanglange.

"Adam" comes from the Hebrew and means earthling (man). "Lieleg" can be derived from the flower lily and is the new trademark of the winery. The flower stands for freshness and purity. It is also often associated with the Virgin Mary.

Tasting notes:

Pale yellow in the glass. In the nose exciting, exotic and spicy, of ripe fruit, garden herbs, mint, stone fruit and lemon balm. On the palate spicy fine with pleasant minerality. The finish is long and juicy.

Maturation: stainless steel tank.
Acidity: 6,0 g/l.
Closure: screw cap.
Cellaring potential: 2-3 years.
Drinking temperature: 8°C.

This wine is excellent with asparagus, wok dishes and seafood. It is very suitable as an aperitif.
