Amázzoni Gin is a multi-award-winning distilled gin from Brazil that impressively combines the rich botanical diversity of the Amazon region with traditional European gin craftsmanship. It is produced in Brazil's first pure gin distillery, Amázzoni Destilaria, which is housed in a historic coffee farm in the state of Rio de Janeiro.

The basis of this gin is a pure neutral alcohol, which is distilled together with eleven carefully selected botanicals in classic copper stills. In addition to juniper berries, the heart of the gin, there are also unusual ingredients such as açai berries, cacao, chestnut, cinnamon, bay leaf, lemon peel, coriander and other regional plants from the rainforest. This combination creates a multi-layered aroma profile with an exotic note that is both powerful and smooth - perfectly balanced with an alcohol content of 42% vol.

Amázzoni was born out of the desire to create a gin with a Brazilian identity that is not only aromatically convincing, but also reflects the cultural and natural diversity of the country. With the use of local ingredients, production in small batches and a consciously sustainable approach, Amázzoni Gin has established itself internationally as a premium product.

Tasting notes:

Amázzoni Gin is an ideal all-rounder for gin and tonic with a neutral or floral tonic water and a garnish of lemon zest or bay leaf. Its exotic depth is also perfectly accentuated in classic cocktails such as Gin Basil Smash, Tom Collins or a Southside.
