An interesting, lightly herbal aged rum perfect for sipping neat or mixed in a classic cocktail.

Bacoo rum is produced on the juice from sugar cane, after which the rum is stored in used Bourbon casks for 11 years. This has resulted in a bronze color with a unique taste and aroma of chocolate, toffee caramel and vanilla with a soft medium body and a finish of light honey.

Aroma and taste: molasses tones along with caramelized nuts, coffee beans soaked in chocolate and a hint of vanilla.

Bacoo Rum originates from the Dominican Republic and has a recognizable quality, consistency and character.

The name Bacoo comes from a mythological creature from the Caribbean (BAH-KU) that is said to be found in empty sealed bottles and has magical powers. 

It is the Caribbean variant of the lamp spirit or the Irish elf, and it fulfills wishes for its owner. Hence Bacoo's motto "Wish Granted" wish fulfilled.
