Botran INFINITO Ron de Guatemala Rum 43% Vol. 0,7l in Giftbox

Botran INFINITO is a limited edition Guatemalan rum created as a tribute to the Botran family heritage and to Venancio Botran in particular. Only 1,893 bottles were released worldwide, a number chosen to mark his birth year, 1893. The name Infinito borrows the symbol of infinity to express the ongoing evolution of Guatemalan rum-making.

This rum is made from pure sugarcane honey, the aromatic base at the heart of the Botran style. The blend brings together rums from the family's exclusive reserve, aged between 12 and 25 years. Its depth comes from maturation across eight different cask types: ex-American whisky casks, medium-toasted ex-whisky casks, and former sherry, port, Amarone, Sauternes, Ribera del Duero and Marsala wine casks. It is one of the house's most ambitious bottlings.

Bottled at 43% ABV in a 0.7-litre octagonal bottle and presented in a giftbox, Botran INFINITO is a collector's piece as much as a premium rum, aimed at connoisseurs who appreciate long ageing and complex cask work.
