Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to develop. After cultivating their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionized grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant'Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

Tasting notes:

Straw yellow with a fine perlage in the glass. The nose is refined and fruity with aromas of apples, peaches and lemons. Very soft and harmonious on the palate, elegant and lively with a balanced acidity. Long lasting finish.
