The Bottega company has been producing wines and grappa since the 17th century. Today, the family business is one of the leading producers of grappa in Italy. Numerous awards confirm the excellent quality of the products.

Bottega Stella is a brut sparkling wine and gets its elegance and liveliness from the grape varieties Glera, Chardonnay and Pinot Nero. The grapes are harvested between late August and early September. In the extreme south of Lombardy stretches the land of rolling hills, characterized by high thermals and extremely favorable for the cultivation of Pinot Noir. The two grape varieties, Glera and Chardonnay, are grown in suitable areas of Benetia with a temperate climate, good exposure and calcareous-loamy soils.

The blue background of the bottle highlights the stars, which can be activated with an LED light bulb at the bottom of the bottle by flipping a switch.

Tasting notes:

Straw yellow with fine perlage in the glass. The nose is refined, complex with floral scents and notes of bread crusts and yeast. On the palate very soft and harmonious, elegant and lively with pleasant spiciness and acidity. Long lasting on the finish.

Acidity: 5 - 6,50 g/l.
Serving temperature: 4-5 °C.
