In the legendary "No. 1 Vault", the old stone vault on the edge of Loch Indaal, the magical character of Islay and centuries-old traditions come together to create a single malt whisky with complex balance, mild Islay smokiness, maritime minerality and an abundance of fresh stone fruit aromas.

This 15 year old Bowmore Sherry Oak Cask is characterized by the maturation of lightly smoky single malts from the Islay distillery in hand-selected Oloroso sherry casks and ex-bourbon casks, followed by a final finish in Oloroso sherry casks. The design of this bottling reflects the exceptional and multi-layered nature of Bowmore's flavor character through morphic lines. The traditional black of the packaging is a tribute to the legendary Black Bowmore, which was distilled in 1964.
