Bulgarini Chiaretto Riviera del Garda Classico DOC 2022 12,5% Vol. 0,75l

The Bulgarini winery is run by Fausto and Virginia Bulgarini, together with their three children, and represents a dynamic and modern company. The clayey as well as calcareous soils of Italy offer the winemaker the opportunity to obtain the highest quality of his grapes, totaling 50 hectares of land. The winery is a member of the Consortium for the Protection of Lugana DOC.

The harvest of Bulgarini Chiaretto Riviera del Garda Classico grapes is done manually in September. The maceration of the whole harvested grapes at a low temperature lasts five hours, the pressing as well as the alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. Overall, the wine matures for a very short time, but the majority of it in bottles.

Tasting notes:

Pale pink in the glass. Intense, fruity nose of red fruits such as raspberries and black cherries. The palate is balanced, intense with a pronounced acidity. The taste as well as the smell is accompanied by floral notes of violets and roses. Long lasting on the finish.

Grape varieties: 40% Groppello, 20% Sangiovese, 20% Marzemino, 20% Barbera.
Acidity: 6,45 g/l.
Residual sugar: 5.65 g/l.
Closure: Natural cork.
Serving temperature: 8-10 °C.
