The Drappier family has been around since the 17th century. 

Micheline Drappier produced rosé champagne for the first time in 1968. It is produced using traditional mash fermentation. After a few days on the mash of the Pinot Noir, this cuvée takes on its intense color.

Rich rosé in the glass. Notes of red berries with spicy nuances on the nose. Elegant structure with a fine perlage. Long-lasting and well-balanced finish.
