The flagship of Château Mont-Redon, this Châteauneuf du Pape cuvée is the estate’s flagship wine.

In the vineyard, nothing replaces human hands: pruning, disbudding, leaf stripping, harvesting... Each plant is picked by hand. The ultimate goal: to express the class and purest identity of this great terroir.

We are lucky to own in one piece the three terroirs so typical of the appellation: the famous rolled pebbles of the plateau, the safres and the limestones. Their complementarity is an unparalleled asset. Only the best vats from these three terroirs constitute the blend of this wine and ensure the complexity and regularity of the Mont-Redon style.

Mainly Grenache Noir, Syrah, Mourvèdre then Cinsault, Counoise, Muscardin & Vaccarèse.

Our Châteauneuf-du-Pape red can be enjoyed from the third year after bottling with a dominant of black fruits and a subtle roasting. It reaches its first fullness between the 5th and 8th year, but it can be kept much longer depending on the vintage and storage conditions.

It goes perfectly with red meats in sauce, game and cow's cheeses.
