Tasting notes:

Deep ruby red in the glass. On the nose, fruity-spicy nuances and vanilla notes. On the palate fruity blackberries, ripe plums, cassis, accompanied by a velvety tannin. Long complex finish.

Grape variety: 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels.
Soil: clayey limestone soil, gravel.
Acidity: 3,68 g/l.
Residual sugar: 0.4 g/l.
Closure: Natural cork.
Storage potential: Until 2025.

Harmonizes very well with beef dishes as well as cheese.
