Flora and Fauna, a moniker of the late whisky writer Michael Jackson, was a themed series of single malt whisky bottlings released by distilleries only.
Each distillery was given a particular creature to symbolize, elegantly depicted on each bottle's beautiful label.
Over time, as distilleries commercialized, closed or sold, the Flora and Fauna range dwindled, leaving these select remaining bottles as collector's items.

The Dailuaine 16 Years Old is a complex single malt whisky, full and sweet but also citrusy fresh.
An unusual combination of freshness and richness. 

Colour: Light mahogany.
Nose: Notes of cheddar cheese, walnuts, butterscotch, oranges, notes of lemons, sandalwood, toffee.
Taste: Sweet, warm, citrus freshness, notes of Highland toffee.
Finish: Long lasting, warm, nutty.

Dailuaine is best served in a traditional whisky glass, neat or with a little water.
