OPIS
The fresh, fermented marc from red and white grapes comes from selected suppliers.
They are preserved airtight with a careful covering of the silage, which maintains a favourable fermentation climate and guarantees perfect preservation for a few months.
The heart of the distillate is extracted by the prudent section of the first run (testa) from the second run (coda).
