The Don Papa Alon 40% ABV 0.7 l is a unique, limited-edition spiced rum from the Philippine island of Negros – the center of the country's sugarcane production. Distilled from 100% sugarcane molasses, this rum is refined with aromas of toasted coconut, jackfruit, and warming spices – the very ingredients that define Ginataang Langka, a traditional tropical specialty of the region. The result is a creamy, rich, and intensely spicy spiced rum, punctuated by harmonious citrus freshness.

The name Alon means "wave" in Tagalog – a symbol that reflects the dynamic coastal landscape of the Philippines and embodies the vibrancy and warmth of the tropical climate in this rum.

The amber color of the Alon develops during aging in carefully selected barrels, lending it depth and elegance. With an alcohol content of 40% vol., it offers a perfect balance of exotic sweetness, floral spice, and fruity freshness.
