This combination allows the cask to retain the naturally present oils, fats and enzymes in the spirit that enhance the quality of the nose, the mouthfeel and flavour profile of the Whisky.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE: Carries an early home-baked style, with a later citrus and rich cereal backdrop.

PALATE: That baked (lemon)cake show to the fore, plus dark sugary hard fruit candies.

FINISH: Warningly spiced, with all the aforementioned qualities apparent throughout (FHL)
