Flor de Caña 14 Years Old Single Estate Rum

This amber rum from Nicaragua matures for at least 14 years in oak barrels. It is decidedly soft, very fine and mild in aroma.

This new concept of age at Flor de Caña distillery reflects the terroir of Nicaragua, land of lakes and volcanoes where the tropical climate allows sugar cane to grow abundantly.

Aged according to the Solera method, with a rich and gourmet aromatic profile with beautiful notes of nuts, vanilla, nutmeg, pastry notes revealing the flavors of coconut and nougat, Flor de Caña 14 is an expressive old rum.

Old Rum Flor de Caña 14 should be tasted neat, preferably at room temperature.

Tasting notes:
Color: Light amber with mahogany accents.
Nose: Rich, vanilla, nuts, frangipane.
Taste: Gourmet palate, caramel cream, coconut, nougat.
Finish: Long finish, ripe fruit, liquorice, light spices.
