Fords Gin is a collaboration between Master Distiller Charles Maxwell, of 8th generation Thames Distillers, and Simon Ford, who is dedicated to creating spirits developed in harmony with professional bartenders and celebrated distillers from around the world.

This gin is a thoughtful blend of nine botanicals that starts with a traditional base of juniper and coriander seeds, and is balanced by citrus, flowers and spices.

The botanicals are steeped for 15 hours before distillation, delivering an aromatic, fresh and floral spirit with elegant notes of jasmine and grapefruit that makes a versatile base for any gin-inspired cocktail.
The nine botanicals included in Ford’s gin are sourced from Joseph Flach & Sons, who have been importing medicinal and culinary botanicals from around the world for London gin houses and tea companies since the days of the British Empire.

Botanicals: juniper, coriander, lemons, bitter oranges, grapefruits, cassia, angelica root, jasmine, violets.

Colour: Clear.
Nose: Intense juniper, notes of lavender, camphor, violet, citrus zest.
Taste: Fresh, floral, juniper, citrus.
Finish: Long lasting, notes of licorice aromas.
