Ginraw Gastronomic Gin is the result of a collaboration between a chef, a sommelier, a bartender and a master perfumer, bringing their combined skills and experience together in a single bottle.

The botanicals are distilled using the 'Rotaval' technique borrowed from professional gastronomy, which relies on low temperatures to treat the ingredients gently. The botanical selection includes lemons, limes, bay leaves, kaffir lime leaves, cardamom and coriander seeds, among others.

Bottled at 42.3% ABV in a 0.7l size, this clear gin is a fresh, citrus-led choice for gin lovers who enjoy a distinctive, culinary-inspired approach.

Tasting Note

Clear in the glass. The nose is intense and fresh, with floral and citrus character, led by lemon and lime alongside juniper. The palate is soft, floral, spicy and fresh, with subtle hints of smoke. The finish is long lasting.
