Flora and Fauna, a moniker of the late whisky writer Michael Jackson, was a themed series of single malt whisky bottlings released by distilleries only.
Each distillery was given a particular creature as a symbol, elegantly depicted on the beautiful label of each bottle.
Over time, as distilleries commercialized, closed or sold, the Flora and Fauna range dwindled, leaving these select remaining bottles as collector's items.

A smooth, pleasant and light single malt Speyside with tropical and fruity notes of ripe peaches pineapple and a hint of lemon. 

Colour: Gold.
Nose: Mild, slightly fruity, white grapes, green pea pods, notes of smoke, warm wood.
Taste: Warm, slightly sweet and light acidity, chocolate, hints of coconut.
Finish: Long lasting, dry.

Best enjoyed neat or with a drop of water.
