Same Recipe, New Presentation

• The Liquid is Unchanged: Master Distiller Dr. Bill Lumsden kept the exact same whisky-making recipe and age statement
• Maturation: Matured for 15 years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, after which roughly 30% of the spirit is transferred to Spanish Oloroso sherry casks for an additional 3 years while the remaining 70% stays in bourbon casks. The two batches are then remarried before bottling.
• ABV: Bottled at 43% ABV.
