Cava de Oro Tequila AÑEJO 100% de Agave Azul 40% Vol. 0,7l

What makes this Añejo from Cava de Oro so special is the storage: while “normal” tequilas usually mature in ex-bourbon barrels, the tequilera Puerta de Hierro uses ex-red wine barrels made from French white oak. This gives the Gran Cava de Oro Anejo its intense golden color and its unique taste.

The production

• 100% Blue Weber Agave
• cooked in brick ovens
• pressed with a roller mill 
• fermented in stainless steel tanks and double distilled
• Aged for 2 years in American and French oak barrels
