Hendrick's Gin Hendrick's Absinthe 48% Vol. 0.7l

Hendrick's Absinthe is a fresh, modern take on a historic spirit style, and it carries the creative stamp of Master Distiller Lesley Gracie. Wormwood, the classic absinthe botanical, forms the base. It is joined by rose petal essence and the cucumber that Hendrick's is known for.

Five further botanicals round out the recipe, with star anise among them. The result brings together traditional absinthe ingredients and elements tied to the Hendrick's identity. Rather than imitating historic bottlings, this absinthe takes a clear, contemporary approach and is positioned as a versatile spirit for refined drinks and inventive bar menus.

At 48% ABV, it has enough body to stay noticeable in more complex cocktails. The pairing of classic absinthe botanicals with cucumber and floral notes sets it apart from absinthes dominated by aniseed, which makes it an interesting choice for modern mixology.

The 0.7-litre bottle suits home bars where experimenting is part of the fun, as well as professional cocktail settings that call for a characterful absinthe. It reflects the brand's flair for unexpected botanical combinations, applied to a centuries-old category.
