Founded in 1798, the Highland Park Distillery is one of Scotland's oldest and most renowned whisky distilleries. It is located in Kirkwall on the Orkney island of Mainland, making it Scotland's northernmost distillery. This special whisky was matured for 20 years in cask no. 1494, a first-fill European oak cask that previously housed sherry. Bottled on March 17, 2023, this Highland Park single malt with its 564 limited bottles shows the true craftsmanship and authenticity that stand for Highland Park.
