After harvesting, the barley was malted, peated, distilled, matured, and finally bottled directly on site. The whisky matured for 11 years in a carefully selected combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, resulting in a harmonious blend of fruitiness, sweetness, and gentle smoke.
