The Knockando distillery is located in a village of the same name in Moray, Scotland. It was founded by John Thompson in 1898.
Today, the distillery belongs to Diageo, a company which operates worldwide and produces alcoholic beverages.

The older vintages of Knockando are more and more intense and complex.
The 21 years long maturation leads to an exceptionally deep and soft single malt, which balances rich fruity flavors with delicate oak tones.

Nose: Warm, complex, fruity, notes of vanilla, oak.
Taste: Soft, intense, notes of almond, hints of strawberry, fruit.
Finish: Long, intense, notes of oak, fruit, smoke.
