Lochlea Sowing Edition Third Crop Single Malt Scotch Whisky 46% Vol. 0,7l in Giftbox

Lochlea Sowing Edition Third Crop is the spring release in the Scottish distillery's seasonal small-batch programme. It opens a new series of four limited editions for 2024, each designed to show the distillery's house style from a fresh angle.

This bottling was matured entirely in first-fill ex-bourbon casks, which lets the natural fruitiness of the single malt come to the fore. Compared with the previous Sowing Edition Second Crop, maturation has been extended by roughly nine months, adding depth while keeping the whisky fresh and lively. It is bottled at 46% ABV.

As a 2024 Limited Edition, it stands apart from the regular Lochlea range. The 0.7-litre bottle comes in a gift box, making it a characterful collector's piece and a Lowland single malt Scotch whisky to be savoured.
