Moët & Chandon's Rosé Impérial Brut is a celebrated expression of Champagne craftsmanship, capturing the house's signature style in every glass. Known as one of the most recognisable rosé Champagnes in the world, it delivers a compelling mix of vibrant fruit character, a rounded, generous palate and refined maturity, all wrapped in a distinctive cuvée that balances intensity, freshness and harmony.
The blend draws on the three classic Champagne grape varieties, each contributing its own character. Pinot Noir (roughly 40–50%, including about 10% red wine) supplies structure and depth, while Pinot Meunier (around 30–40%, also with roughly 10% red wine) adds fruitiness and balance. Chardonnay (10–20%) rounds things out with elegance and crisp freshness. A further 20–30% of reserve wines are folded into the cuvée, building complexity, consistency and a silky texture throughout.
With a dosage of approximately 7 g/l, this Brut Rosé strikes a dry, lively and well-balanced tone. Presented in a practical 0.2-litre bottle, it's perfectly sized for an individual pour — ideal for a personal toast or a special one-off moment of celebration.
Tasting Note
In the glass, the wine displays a bright rosé hue with amber glints and a fine, persistent bubble. The nose opens with lively red fruit notes — strawberry, raspberry and cherry — layered with delicate rose petal aromas and a faint touch of pepper. On the palate, concentrated berry flavours of strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant come through, joined by subtle peach and a light minty lift. The finish is elegant, fresh and lingers pleasantly.
This rosé Champagne shines as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with sushi, seafood, delicate starters or summer fare. It also complements grilled peaches, fruit-forward desserts, berry dishes and mild cream cheeses. Best enjoyed chilled at around 10–12°C, ideally served in a tulip-shaped Champagne glass to fully showcase its aromatic freshness and complexity.
