The Nigl winery is located in Kirchberg im Kremstal and is run by Martin Nigl and his family. Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Muskateller, Blauer Zweigelt, Pinot Noir and Merlot grapes are cultivated. 90% of the vineyards are used for white wine and 10% for red wine. The vineyards are cultivated sustainably.

Nigl Freiheit Grüner Veltliner consists of 100% Grüner Veltliner grapes and is traditionally matured in steel tanks. After maturing, the wine is bottled and sealed with a screw cap to preserve freshness and aromas. This wine is also ideal for vegans, as it is produced without animal additives.

Light greenish yellow in the glass. The bouquet is inviting, with aromas of ripe, yellow apples. It is lively on the palate, with a pleasant acidity and spicy, fruity notes. Long-lasting on the finish.

Harmonizes excellently with poultry and pork dishes as well as with a variety of pasta dishes.
