Tequila Olmeca Gold is produced exclusively from blue, ripe agave.

An important element of the Olmeca tequila production process is the use of a 500-year-old, 2-ton Tahon stone, which is handcrafted. It is used to crush agaves and extract juice from them.

The liquid obtained in the fermentation process undergoes a double distillation process in copper stills. 

In order to obtain the appropriate quality and alcohol content, the liquid is heated at a temperature of 60 to 90 ° C.

• Tequila Olmeca Gold has a sweet, fruity aroma, with a delicate hint of citrus, grapefruit and slight smokiness.
