The Planteray 3 STARS Rum is an exceptional premium white rum that unites the three great rum nations of Barbados, Jamaica and Trinidad in a harmonious composition. 

Each of these regions contributes its own character traits: Barbados stands for elegance and balance, Jamaica delivers intense and aromatic notes, while Trinidad contributes lightness and structure.
 

The production is particularly interesting: the blend combines unaged rums from Barbados and Jamaica with distillates from Trinidad aged for 2-3 years and a small proportion of Jamaican rums aged for around 10 years. Careful filtration removes the color, resulting in a clear rum that still retains depth, strength and complexity. This process makes Planteray 3 STARS a white rum with a density of aromas that stands out in its category.

With an alcohol content of 41.2% vol., the rum is more powerful than many other white rums, yet remains balanced and versatile. This makes it a real highlight both on its own and as a cocktail base, and it belongs in every well-stocked home bar. 

Tasting notes:

Color: Clear.
Nose: Fruity and fresh with notes of sugar cane, banana, citrus and light spices.
Taste: Soft and round, with aromas of vanilla, tropical fruit and subtle floral notes.
Finish: Medium length, aromatic and harmonious.

Planteray 3 STARS Rum is ideal for classic cocktails such as Mojito, Daiquiri, Cuba Libre or Rum Sour, as it adds both freshness and depth. It also shows its strengths in tiki drinks such as the Mai Tai or in a rum mule with ginger beer. 

Enjoyed neat or on ice, it unfolds its complex aroma and is therefore also suitable for discerning connoisseurs. 

In the kitchen, it can also be used for desserts with tropical fruits, for flambéing bananas or for rum cakes to create an authentic Caribbean flavor.
