Plantation / Planteray SPAIN Single Cask PX Cask Finish 2012 42,7% Vol. 0,7l in Giftbox

After fermentation of the Planteray Rum Spain PX Cask takes two days, it is distilled using the column still method. Planteray Rum Spain is then aged for 11 years and 4 months in 200-liter bourbon barrels in the country of origin before being taken to Maison Ferrand in France, where it is given an eight-month finish in Pedro Ximénez sherry barrels. 

This finish adds depth to the rum by adding sweet and rich flavors, rounding out the complex flavor profile.
