Delicate pome fruit nuances, white flowers, a hint of orange zest, mineral notes, inviting bouquet. 

Taut, tight-knit, white apple, subtle acidity, fine salty nuances on the finish, yellow apple on the aftertaste, a delicious food wine with ageing potential.

Surprisingly lively acidity that is very well integrated.

Soil: clay, sand, calcareous marl, slate.
Acidity: 5,9 g/l.
Residual sugar: 1,9 g/l.
Closure: screw cap.
Drinking age: Until at least 2024.
