The new edition of Trinidad Rum from 2021 was characterized by a slightly bitter aftertaste due to unexpected alcohol losses during the maturation process.

Trinidad and Tobago, known for its historical importance in the Caribbean as a land of sprinters, pirates and explorers, continues its discreet presence in the latest edition of the rum. This rum is characterized by its restrained and decisive character, reminiscent of whisky, supported by a base of chlorophyll and molasses, which allows the aromas to develop later.

On the palate, the rum reveals nuances of undergrowth and an antiquated fragrance reminiscent of the interior of Romanesque churches or the first pages of an old liturgical book. These aromas lead to a pronounced vanilla flavor.
