In 1989, the Sant Antonio winery was founded by four brothers near Verona, Italy.
The mild climate contributes to the cultivation of numerous grape varieties such as Corvinone, Corvina, Rondinella, Garganega, Trebbiano di Soave but also Chardonnay, Amarone, Valpolicella and Soave grapes.

This wine is made from fully ripe Garganega as well as Chardonnay grapes, which grow on 10 to 15 year old vines.
The grapes are harvested by hand when fully ripe. After a cold maceration for 10-12 hours and a soft pressing, the grapes ferment at a low temperature of 14-15°C. This is followed by aging in stainless steel tanks. (automated translation)

Tasting notes:

Soft straw yellow with green reflections in the glass. On the nose, well pronounced aromas with a pleasant acidity. On the palate of acacia flowers, citrus, pineapple, grapefruits, pears and oranges. Long lasting and fruity finish.

Grape varieties : 55% Garganega, 45% Chardonnay.
Acidity : 5,92 g/l.
Residual sugar : 8,5 g/l.
Soil: Medium heavy, with boulders.
Closure: Glass stopper.
Drinking temperature: 10-12°C.
Storage potential: 3-4 years.

Goes well with appetizers as well as main courses with fish, seasonal vegetables, risotto or fish with light sauces. It is also excellent as an aperitif.
