The Schwarz Winery on Lake Neusiedl, was founded 20 years ago by Hans Schwarz. The trained butcher turned his profession into a hobby and his hobby into a profession. The wine lover started wine production and quickly gained high reputation in the wine scene. Today the winery is managed by Hans and Michael, his son.

Tasting notes:

Medium greenish yellow in the glass. 

On the nose floral notes, orange blossom as well as yellow tropical fruit. 

On the palate complex, powerful, fruity of ripe pears, notes of nuts, toasted aromas. 

Long lasting on the finish.

Grape variety: 85% Chardonnay, 15% Grüner Veltliner.
Maturation: Barrique.
Soil: limestone, gravel.
Acidity: 5,3 g/l.
Residual sugar: 2,1 g/l.
Closure: Natural cork.
Maturity: Until 2026.
Drinking temperature: 10-12° C.

Harmonizes perfectly with Wiener Schnitzel, fried chicken, Tafelspitz as well as cream dishes.
