Signatory Vintage, the respected independent bottler founded by Andrew Symington in the late 1980s, has built lasting relationships with Scotland's distilleries and now holds a remarkable reserve of more than 10,000 casks. This Bunnahabhain 11 Years Old forms part of that heritage, released within the label's 100 Proof Edition — a range celebrated for its natural-strength, uncoloured whiskies, alongside long-aged expressions offered at accessible prices.

This particular bottling is a special edition crafted in partnership with the ocean conservation organisation Sea Shepherd. Distilled in 2012 on Islay and bottled in 2024, it comes from a single first-fill sherry butt, Cask #900791. Having spent its entire maturation in that one first-fill sherry cask, the whisky has developed a rich depth of character and a deep, natural colour, while still preserving the distinctive personality of Bunnahabhain spirit.

Bottled without colouring and without chill-filtration, this release is presented in its most authentic form, true to cask and distillery. Beyond what's in the glass, the collaboration with Sea Shepherd reflects a shared commitment to environmental protection, meaning this whisky offers whisky lovers both a distinctive single malt experience and support for a meaningful cause.
